Updating a Will

The absence of a will means that upon your death  state laws will determine who gets your property and a judge may decide  who will raise your children. Today, composing a will is easier than  ever.

Consider the following questions when preparing to draft your will:

Property distribution: Identify people, organizations and charities
Guardians to care for minor children
Name of trustee to manage the property left to minor children, and
Name of your executor, the person with authority to make sure at the terms of your will are carried out.
